I ordered a replacement part and it ended up working fine, but I did have to double-check the fit myself before using it. The site info wasn’t quite as clear as I’d hoped, so that could definitely be improved.

I ordered this replacement pump for my hot tub and, at least from what I can tell, it feels solid and not cheap or flimsy. It fit just fine, and it’s been running quietly for a few weeks now. I can’t really speak to how it’ll hold up long-term yet, but so far I’m happy with it.

"Right Parts, No Mix-Ups"
I ordered a few hot tub parts and, everything showed up exactly like I picked on the site. The sizes were right, the items were right, and there were no annoying mix-ups, which is such a relief because I hate dealing with wrong parts. Some of these parts look way too similar, and that always makes me nervous. I really didn’t want to deal with returns, wrong fittings, or the whole back-and-forth hassle again. But this order was correct, no confusion, no wrong pieces, no extra headache. Happy with it overall.

"Hard to get help when I needed it"
I reached out to support, but they barely got back to me. Because I couldn’t get a clear response, the issue just dragged on longer than it should have. It was frustrating.

I went on there just trying to find a couple of spa parts and somehow ended up browsing filters, covers, chemicals, and all these random little pieces I can never seem to find at my local store.
The site did take me a little while to get through, but that was mostly because there’s just a ton of stuff on there. Then suddenly I was like, wait, this is actually super convenient. Definitely nice having that many options in one place.

"Decent prices, but shipping adds up"
The prices were decent overall, but after shipping they weren’t as cheap as I was expecting. Some items felt like a good deal, while others seemed a little high, not sure how to explain it. It wasn’t a bad experience, but next time I’d probably compare prices with a few other places first.

"Misleading don’t waste time or money"
Ordered incorrect part, emailed immediately as no one answers phones and or you have to leave message. While I understand I ordered the incorrect part this was not used and expressed when they responded to my email and stated this part cannot be returned. I asked again via email and stated I am returning an unused item and simply want to order the correct item and will pay the difference. No reply via email. I checked my item online and it does not state I cannot return, however they have another section discussing this policy all the way down at the bottom of their website, very mis leading and must go to that policy to understand what I ordered cannot be returned. My receipt also does not state I cannot return. I have called again and left a message to try and resolve again simply want the correct part, hopefully they will make it right and help me. Warning dont waste your time or money with this company.

I ordered the part because the site said it was in stock, then after the order went through I got told it was actually backordered?! Frustrating when you’re counting on it being available.

"Seems decent, but I’d still be cautious"
I checked out the site it seems mostly okay. I did find some helpful info, which was a plus, but I still had a little hesitation about how much I could trust it. A few pages felt kind of outdated, so I’d definitely want to read more reviews and look over the policies carefully before placing an order. It’s not a bad site by any means, but I just didn’t feel totally confident walking away from it.

"Seems legit so far"
The parts looked legit and fit my tub just fine, so I’m happy with that. The site felt straightforward too, and there weren’t any weird surprise charges at checkout. If they ever start pulling that kind of stuff, I’d probably look somewhere else, but this order went smoothly.

"Could use better order updates"
Umm, my order did arrive okay in the end, but I had to reach out a couple of times just to figure out what was happening. The status emails felt a little delayed and weren’t super clear. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, I just wish the communication had been a bit better.

"Packaging could have been better, but everything was fine"
When the box showed up, it was definitely a little more beat up than I would’ve liked, so I was a bit worried at first while opening it. It had some dents and looked like it had a rough trip, which isn’t the most reassuring thing when you’re waiting on hot tub parts. Thankfully, once I got everything opened up and checked inside, all the parts were still in good shape and nothing seemed damaged or missing. So overall, the packaging was just okay, but the actual items made it through fine.

"Tracking info was frustrating"
I ordered a few parts and the website itself was easy enough to use, so I was feeling good about it at first.
Once it shipped, though, the tracking was not very helpful. I was already in a bit of an impatient mood because I needed the parts, and the tracking number barely updated, so for a few days I had no real idea where the package was or when it might actually show up.
The order did arrive in the end, which I’m glad about, but the tracking visibility could definitely be better. For what I paid for shipping, I expected more reliable updates

I needed this random hot tub part that nobody else seemed to have, i was surprised they actually had it in stock. Ordering was quick and easy, and it showed up without any issues. Happy with the whole experience.

My warranty experience was okay overall. They did eventually get back to me and helped sort out the issue, but it took longer than I was expecting. I had to follow up a couple times before things really started moving, which was kinda frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and everything got handled in the end, so I’d say 3 stars feels fair

"Backorder was handled really well"
The hot tub part I needed ended up being on backorder, but they were really good about keeping me in the loop the whole time. Once it came in, they shipped it out without any hassle. I appreciated how easy they made the process, and I’d definitely order from them again.
